    Crowstrike Outage

    We are informing you that we are aware of the recent outages affecting Microsoft and CrowdStrike.

    We want to reassure you that all Total IT systems operate normally and remain unaffected by these issues.

    At Total IT, we prioritise the stability and security of our services. Our comprehensive protection platform is designed to mitigate risks and ensure continuous operation. We have conducted thorough tests and ongoing monitoring to confirm that our services are fully operational and secure.

    Total IT and our supply chain employs a range of proactive measures to maintain service integrity. System architecture and staged rollout of updates are designed to prevent disruptions and ensure seamless service for our customers.

    We have identified the vendor that has the issue, and are working closely with them to resolve it.
    Hornet Security that process inbound and outbound emails to remove spam and unsolicited emails currently has an outage.
    They are providing updates via a status portal: status.hornetsecurity.com

    IMPORTANT We are currently investigating an issue with inbound and outbound email delivery  across multiple clients. We are actively working and triaging with multiple vendors to identify responsibility and rectify the issue. Further updates will be posted  here. We will engage business continuity plans for clients we hold these for and start a workaround process.
